National Strategic Project of Tangerang City Waste to Energy (PSEL) has reached a new milestone by signing of Cooperation Agreement on Wednesday, March 9th 2022, in the presence of Minister of Coordinating Ministry of Maritime and Investment, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan.
The signing of Cooperation Agreement for investment project at value Rp 2.585 billion or approximately USD 185 million was conducted between Tangerang City Government, represented by Mayor of Tangerang City Arief R. Wismansyah and PT Oligo Infra Swarna Nusantara, represented by President Director Monsieur Jacques Assouline and President Commissioner Prof. Dr. Bambang P. Brodjonegoro. The Deputy of Sovereignty Maritime and Energy, the Coordinating Ministry of Maritime and Investment (Kemenkomarves) was also acting as witness representing Central Government that accompanies this Cooperation Agreement.
The signing process was also witnessed by the Chairman of Regional People’s Representative Council of Tangerang City, government ranks of Tangerang and Palembang City, and representatives from many Ministries of Central Government that have accompanies the cooperation execution, including the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Committee for Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Delivery (KPPIP), Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Investment (BKPM), and Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas).
