ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Job Description :

Acting as a first point of contract: dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
-
Managing diaries, schedule, important task and deadlines;
-
Organizing meetings and appointments;
-
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation;
-
Typing, compiling and preparing administrative documents;
-
Liaising with other Company's Staff, shareholder, suppliers, or clients;
-
Miscellaneous task to support the Company's Director.
-
Assisting Company's Director or other Staff in board and committee meetings, or other meetings;
-
Attending and taking minutes of meeting for Company's Director or other Staff as required;
-
Managing database and filing systems;
-
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
-
Governance liaison for any Corporate activities as required.

Qualification :
​
We are looking for "ADMINISTRATION STAFF" with desire qualification as follow :
-
A Degree from reputable university in the field of either Administration, Business, Accounting, Communication, Public Relation, Secretary or equivalent.

Fresh graduate welcome to apply;

Strong organizational capacity;

Strong communication and administration skill;
-
High-energy and eagerness to learn new areas;

Having experience as secretary or any administrative position is preferable

Able to work under pressure

High level use of English and Bahasa Indonesia;
